Spotlight Greentrees Village

Greentrees Village is a planned adult community for manufactured homes. Permanent residents (at least one per household) must be 55 years or older. Greentrees Village has been in existence since 1973. There are 567 lots with no plans for expansion. Greentrees Village is incorporated and run by its Homeowner’s Association.

Greentrees is in the Florence city limits, on city water and sewer and underground utilities. Peace Harbor Hospital and Health Associates are only a few blocks away as is the public library and downtown Florence. Also within minutes drive is the Florence All Events Center and new Fred Meyer store. Eugene, Oregon’s second largest city, is only 59 miles east along a scenic highway. Eugene offers all the amenities of a large city including a major airport.

In Greentrees, you own your own lot. Each lot is naturally vegetated with coastal pines, wild rhododendron, huckleberry bushes and wax myrtle. Each lot has barriers of this natural beauty for privacy.

Monthly dues are $147.00/month, which includes water, sewer, garbage pick-up, basic cable TV, and use of the common areas.
